Privacy Policy for VoteVoteWin LLC
Effective Date: July 11, 2026
VoteVoteWin LLC (“VoteVoteWin”) ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and safeguard information when you use our platform — available as a website, an iOS app, and an Android app — to help U.S. election campaign managers and their volunteers organize voter outreach.
VoteVoteWin is currently only available in the United States.
1. What VoteVoteWin Does
VoteVoteWin helps campaign volunteers reach out to voters they personally know. A volunteer can give the app permission to look at their phone contacts so we can suggest people in their address book who appear in the campaign's voter records. Volunteers can upload all contacts or select specific contacts to share. Suggested matches may not always be perfect, so the volunteer reviews the suggestions and confirms who to contact. All outreach happens one person at a time, sent from the volunteer's own phone, outside of VoteVoteWin. The app does not send mass texts, mass emails, or any messages on behalf of campaigns or individuals.
2. Information We Collect
a. Account information
Names, mobile phone numbers, email addresses, and similar contact details that campaign managers and volunteers provide when they create an account. When you register as a volunteer, we use your mobile phone number to create and verify your account. If you consent to receive text messages, we also keep a record of that consent, including the date and the mobile number you enrolled.
b. Phone contacts
If a volunteer grants the app permission to access their phone's contacts, VoteVoteWin uploads the contact card information to our servers so we can match it against the campaign's voter records. Today, this upload includes the full contact card — names, phone numbers, email addresses, physical addresses, and any other fields stored in the contact card. Volunteers can choose whether to upload all contacts or select specific contacts to upload.
Contacts are used only for that volunteer's matching workflow. We do not sell, rent, or share contact data for advertising.
c. Voter data uploaded by campaign managers
Campaign managers may upload voter registration information (which is generally a matter of public record) so that volunteers in the campaign can identify people they personally know.
d. Volunteer activity
Records of which volunteers have claimed which voters, task completion, and counters such as nudge counts. We use these records to help campaign managers track outreach progress.
e. Push notification tokens
When the iOS or Android app is installed, we store a device push token (such as an Apple Push Notification service token) so we can send the app's reminders. We use this token to send: a reminder to match contacts, a reminder when a task is added, a reminder for a task starting today, and reminders when a task has limited time remaining. We do not track delivery or open rates. Storing a push token does not give us the ability to read anything from your phone.
f. Device and session information
To keep accounts secure and to operate the service, we collect basic technical information: IP address, device model, operating system version, app or browser version, and login/session timestamps. We do not log which screens you view or what you tap inside the app. These records are kept for 30 days and are then deleted.
g. Optional Face ID
On supported iPhones, you can choose to enable Face ID to unlock the app. This is entirely opt-in. The Face ID match happens locally on your device using Apple's Secure Enclave. VoteVoteWin never receives, processes, or stores any face scan data.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
create and manage your account;
match a volunteer's contacts against the campaign's voter records and present suggested matches for the volunteer to review and confirm;
send the app's push notifications and account-related emails and text messages (for example, registration confirmation, verification codes, login authentication, password resets, and account security notifications);
provide customer support;
keep the platform secure, troubleshoot issues, and improve the product.
4. What We Do Not Do
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
We do not share contacts or any user data for advertising.
We do not use advertising or cross-app tracking SDKs in our app.
We do not send outreach text messages or emails to voters on behalf of campaigns. All voter outreach is initiated by the volunteer, one person at a time, from the volunteer's own phone — not through VoteVoteWin. VoteVoteWin does send transactional, account-related text messages to registered users, such as verification codes and security alerts, as described in Section 8.
We do not track your activity in third-party apps or on websites outside of VoteVoteWin.
We do not share one campaign’s voter data, volunteer lists, contact matching data, or outreach records with any other campaign. See Section 6 for details.
We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS/text-messaging consent data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
5. How We Share Information
We share information only as follows:
Within a campaign. Voter outreach information is visible to the campaign managers and authorized volunteers of that campaign.
With service providers. We use trusted third-party providers in categories such as cloud hosting, push notification delivery, SMS/text-message delivery (for example, Sinch), error monitoring, and transactional email. These providers process information on our behalf under contractual obligations to protect it; they may not use it for their own purposes.
For legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect the rights, safety, or integrity of our platform.
Business transfers. If VoteVoteWin is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy and applicable law.
We do not transfer your data outside the United States.
6. Campaign Data Isolation
VoteVoteWin operates on a strict campaign-siloed data model. Each campaign on the platform is an isolated data environment. The volunteer lists, contact matching data, and outreach activity records associated with one campaign are never shared with, disclosed to, transferred to, or made accessible by any other campaign — including campaigns affiliated with the same political party, the same candidate committee, or the same organization.
Access is campaign-specific. Campaign managers and volunteers can access only the data belonging to their own authorized campaign. Participation in one campaign does not grant any access to the data of another campaign, even if a user participates in multiple campaigns on the platform.
No cross-campaign transfer or disclosure. VoteVoteWin does not sell, license, transfer, or otherwise provide data attributable to one campaign to any other campaign, whether directly or through aggregation or de-identification.
Internal access is limited. VoteVoteWin personnel access campaign data only for the limited purposes of technical support, security monitoring, and legal compliance. Personnel are bound by confidentiality obligations with respect to campaign-specific data.
7. Phone Contacts
Phone contacts are uploaded only after the volunteer grants permission through the iOS or Android app. Contacts are used to support that volunteer's matching workflow and related campaign outreach workflow. VoteVoteWin does not use uploaded phone contacts for advertising, does not sell them, and does not send messages to them.
A volunteer may revoke contact permission or delete synced contacts through available device or in-app controls. When synced contacts are deleted, VoteVoteWin removes them from active systems. Deletion may affect existing contact matches and volunteer workflow history.
8. Communications from VoteVoteWin
VoteVoteWin sends messages tied to your account. By email, we send registration confirmations, password resets, account changes, and similar service messages. We also send push notifications to remind you about contact matching and tasks, as listed above.
If you provide your mobile phone number and consent, VoteVoteWin also sends transactional, account-related text messages — such as account verification codes, login authentication, password resets, and account security notifications. Message frequency varies with your account activity, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; reply HELP for assistance or contact support@votevotewin.com. These SMS practices are governed by the SMS/Text Messaging Terms in our Terms of Service.
VoteVoteWin does not send outreach text messages or emails to voters. All texts to voters are sent by the volunteer from their own personal phone, outside the VoteVoteWin platform. We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers or SMS consent data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes; we share mobile numbers only with the messaging service provider that delivers these texts on our behalf.
9. How Long We Keep Information
Account information: kept while your account is active. Deleted when you delete your account.
Mobile number and SMS consent records: kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to document opt-in and opt-out history for compliance purposes.
Phone contacts you've uploaded: kept while your account is active. Deleted from our servers if you revoke contacts permission inside the app, or when you delete your account.
Voter data uploaded by campaign managers: voter registration information is generally a matter of public record and is kept indefinitely. Campaign managers can ask VoteVoteWin to remove voter data for their campaign by contacting us.
Volunteer activity records (claims, completed tasks, nudge counters): retained indefinitely so campaigns have a complete record of outreach progress. When you delete your account, your individual identity is removed, but aggregate activity records associated with the campaign may remain.
Device and session logs: 30 days, then deleted.
Backups: when content is deleted, it is removed from our active systems immediately and is not retained in long-running backups.
Legal exceptions: in limited cases we may keep specific information longer when required by law, by an official request, or to protect the security of our platform.
10. Your Choices and Rights
Review and update your information. You can review and update your profile inside the app's account settings.
Revoke contacts access at any time. Turn off contacts permission in your device's Settings, or use the in-app control. When you do, VoteVoteWin deletes the contact data you previously uploaded from our servers.
Turn off push notifications. Disable notifications for VoteVoteWin in your device's Settings.
Delete your account. You can delete your account directly inside the app. When you delete your account, we permanently delete your user account, profile, access to campaigns, and the contacts you uploaded. We retain a limited record of your past volunteer activity (claims, completed tasks, and counters) tied to the campaigns you participated in, so each campaign's outreach history remains intact; once your account is deleted, this record is no longer associated with you personally.
Sole campaign manager. If you are the only manager of a campaign, the app will ask you to appoint another manager before you can remove yourself. To delete an entire campaign, please contact us at support@votevotewin.com — only VoteVoteWin can delete a campaign at this time.
11. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular security review. Face ID data, when used, never leaves your device.
No method of transmitting or storing data is perfectly secure. If we ever experience a security incident that affects your information, we will notify you as required by law.
12. Children's Privacy
VoteVoteWin is intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from someone under 18, we will delete it. If you believe a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@votevotewin.com.
13. Geographic Scope
VoteVoteWin currently operates only in the United States, and our services are intended for use by people in the United States. The information we collect is processed in the United States.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll post the updated policy here with a new effective date. If we make material changes, we'll provide additional notice — for example, an in-app message or email.
