Jose Boza knows his way around software but is far more impressed by people who can assemble IKEA furniture without swearing. Originally from Costa Rica and now living in Berlin, he brings a global accent to everything he does, including parenting, problem solving, and deciding what’s for dinner.

Jose is a proud family man. He’s married to Karlina and is dad to Lucy and Dani, which means most of his real leadership training happens at home. He believes family comes first, humor solves most problems, and snacks are a critical household infrastructure.

When he’s not working, you’ll find him juggling life between cultures, raising kind humans, and reminding everyone that the best systems in life are the ones that work quietly in the background.
