Grey Dodge turns campaign chaos into systems that actually work. His focus is on scaling operations and keeping the wheels on while the team moves fast. He brings experience from a range of local and state government roles in Florida, which taught him how policy works, how decisions actually get made, and how to operate in high-pressure environments with real stakes.

Grey earned his JD and MBA from Florida State University and his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Central Florida. He enjoys building tools that make complicated things simpler and strongly believes good operations are the unsung heroes of winning campaigns.

When he’s not working, Grey spends time with his 3-year-old son, who already has strong opinions about snacks, trucks, and bedtime…and usually wins those negotiations.
